The Big Park Trip Planner is a digital download, so there's nothing to ship back.

30-day money-back guarantee: If the planner isn't right for your trip, email us at projectplanorama@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund you in full. Please include your order number.

Trouble with your download? If the file won't download or open, or a page looks wrong, email us and we'll send a fresh copy or fix the problem. You can still ask for a refund if that doesn't solve it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
